📋
Before Week 1
Full intake — required once
Everyone completes their profile. The matching engine now has enough data to run the first session and form meaningful groups.

Week 1
First game — 5 rounds, full play
Everyone plays. Answers stay private. At the end, each player sees their compatibility scores and one suggested discussion topic — not each other's answers.

Week 2
Review + new game
First half of the session: the group discusses last week's suggested topic in their own words — the game gave them the subject, they bring the conversation. Second half: a new 5-round game on a fresh scenario set.

Building knowledge over time
Every session deepens the compatibility picture. The knowledge graph grows. The matching algorithm learns what topics matter most to this group and surfaces them in future game decks.

🚨
Break Glass — the deal-breaker signal
For existing polycules only. If 3 or more members of a group trigger a deal-breaker pattern in the same session, the group sees a signal — not the answers, not who flagged what. Just: "There's something worth a deeper conversation here." The suggested discussion topic will reflect it. No extra cost. No public shaming. A gift to the group, not an accusation.
Example signal shown to group: "This week's answers suggest your group may have different comfort levels around a core topic. Your suggested discussion: What does coercion-free decision-making look like in our dynamic?" — The answers stay private. The conversation starts.

📚 Group wiki

Each polycule builds a living document of their group. Members add what they choose to share — the game doesn't write it for them.

🧠 Algorithm suggestions

Based on compatibility patterns across sessions, the engine suggests what to explore next — scenario decks, topics, or external resources.

📌 Suggested deck: "Time & Availability" (3 members flagged scheduling stress)
📌 Topic: Kitchen table vs. parallel poly — your group skews both ways
📌 Milestone: 5 sessions completed → compatibility trend report unlocked
📌 Resource: "Polysecure" — 2 members referenced attachment theory
📌 Next session suggestion: Revisit jealousy scenarios — scores shifted since Week 2
🗄️ Storage choice: Groups choose how their data is saved — on PolyCard's servers (synced, searchable, backed up) or locally on their own device (private, never uploaded). Recording consent is collected from all members before any session is recorded. Recordings are stored in the group's chosen location only.
How to market this
Primary tagline
"The game that starts the conversation you didn't know how to have."
Not a podcast. Not a workshop. A weekly practice — played together, talked about together, grown together.
🎯For people who want to go deeper than a TikTok or a podcast — who want to actually practice honest communication with their people.
🔒Your answers are yours. We show you patterns. You start the conversation.
For existing polycules
"Know your people. All five of them."
Birthdays. Love languages. Attachment styles. Scheduling needs. Soft limits. PolyCard builds your group's living knowledge — one session at a time.
🌱The relationship CRM you never knew you needed — for groups of 2 to 10+.
📅Weekly sessions become your group's relationship check-in ritual.
For couples exploring poly
"Figure it out together — before you figure it out the hard way."
You don't need a therapist to have hard conversations. You need a structured, judgment-free space to discover what you actually think — about jealousy, about metas, about what you want.
💑Each partner plays privately. You both get scores. You go home and talk about it. That's the point.
🦄No unicorn hunting. No performance. No "we've done the research" — just honest answers and a suggested next conversation.

Does this capture the vision? Does any marketing angle feel off — or feel especially right?
